The Government of the Republic of Kosovo during April 2022 has approved three draft laws which have been foreseen to be placed on the Government agenda in May and June 2022.
The approved draft laws are:
- Draft Law no.08/L-142 on amending and supplementing the laws that determine the amount of the benefit in the amount of the minimum wage, procedures on setting of minimum wage and tax rates on annual personal income
- Draft Law on amending and supplementing Law no. 08 / L-066 on Budget Appropriations for the Budget of the Republic of Kosovo for the year 2022;
- Draft Law on Integrated Pollution Prevention and Control.
Furthermore, on 13.04.2022, in the 69th meeting, the Government of Kosovo took the decision to amend and supplement the Legislative Program for 2022, according to which nine draft laws are added, 12 (twelve) draft laws are changed the deadline for approval of in the Government, meanwhile, a draft law, the one on the State Advocacy, is changed to the Draft Law on Representation of State Institutions in Court and Arbitration Proceedings.
