The Government of the Republic of Kosovo has planned the approval of 22 draft laws in the legislative agenda for the month of November 2022. Of the 22 draft laws planned in November, only two (2) draft laws were approved in accordance with the planned deadline. Three (3) draft laws planned for this month: two (2) were approved in September and one (1) in October.
The government has also approved five (5) draft laws this month, of which two (2) draft laws were planned for the month of December, two (2) draft laws planned for the month of October and one (1) draft law for the month of September.
Seven approved draft-laws are:
- Draft Law for The Ratification of the Loan Agreement for the Public Finance and Economic Growth Program Between the Republic of Kosovo and the Opec Fund for International Development;
- Draft Law on Loan Agreement for the Highway Project, Pristina – Podujevo Segment, between the Republic of Kosovo, represented by the Ministry of Finance and the European Investment Bank;
- Draft Law on Central Criminal Records System of Kosovo;
- Draft Law on Amending and Supplementing Law No. 05/L – 060 on Forensic Medicine;
- Draftlaw on Ratification of Agreement Between the Ministry of Defense Between the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland and the Ministry of Defence on Behalf of the Government of the Republic of Kosovo Related to the Attachment of Personnel From the Kosovo Security Force to the Falklands Islands Roulement Infantry Company;
- Draft Law on Salaries in Public Sector;
- Draft Law on Public Officials.
The sponsoring ministries of the approved draft laws are:

- Ministry of Finances, Labor and transfers with two (2) draft laws;
- Ministry of Interior with two (2) draft laws;
- Ministry of Defense with one (1) draft law.
