KLI and INPO continue training of monitors on monitoring public procurement

Pristina, April 11 2019 – Kosovo Law Institute (KLI) and INPO within the project “Demand for Justice” supported by the US State Department/Narcotics International Bureau and Law Enforcement Matters (INL), have continued to held training for 26 new interns monitors/researchers, who come from all municipalities of the Republic of Kosovo for the field of public procurement.

Experts of procurement from the INPO have trained interns in theoretical and practical aspect over legal framework that regulates field of public procurement, methodology of monitoring activities of public procurement as well as compilation of the reports.

KLI constantly develops activities within the program “Education” for the increase of capacities of new jurists. This project supported by the US State Department, assists in increasing capacities of new jurists, who will be engaged from each respective municipality of the Republic of Kosovo, on which they will monitor Basic Courts and their branches as well as respective Municipalities. This project is implemented by the KLI in partnership with the organization Initiative for Progress INPO.
