On May 2nd 2012, starting at 10:00 hrs. at hotel Sirius Pristina, Kosovo Law Institute (KLI) has organized a presentation roundtable of four volumes of the “Justice Flyer” prepared during 2011 and 2012.
“Justice Flyer” is a publication of the KLI supported by the Rockefeller Brothers Foundation (RBF). Published flyers address professional issues of some of the most important phenomena for the development of legislation, its proper implementation and legal certainty in Kosovo.
KLI through the flyer analyzes the legal institutes but does not bring conclusions about those institutes, with the aim of providing the structured platforms of later discussions from the offered analyses.
Invited to the presentation were professionals of the field of justice from higher education institutions, judiciary, and public prosecutor’s office, lawyers and others who have given their contribution by discussing and giving concrete recommendations on the findings presented in this roundtable.
