The Kosovo Law Institute (KLI) invites you to submit a translation offer from English to Albanian and Serbian language of legal documents related to the rights of the defendants in criminal proceedings
Short description of the subject of contract
The purpose of this request for a offer is the contracting of a company that will provide translation services from English to Albanian and from English to Serbian language, upon request of the KLI organization.

3. Offer evaluation
Offers will be evaluated according to these criteria:

| 30% | Time of Completion – The translation to be completed before 30 October 2018 |
| 30% | Professional Suitability and Technical and Professional Capacity |
| 25% | Financial offer |
| 15% | Preliminary Product Portfolio, including references |
4. Requirements for professional suitability and professional technical capacity
- The company must be registered in the professional / commercial register in the Republic of Kosovo;
- VAT Certificate
- Fiscal Number Certificate
- A list of services realized in the last (three) years (Preliminary products Portfolio) followed by references or service acceptance reports
- Bidders must have at least one (1) permanent translator for written translations from English language to Albanian language and from English language to Serbian language
5. Documents that should be submitted
- Business Registration Certificate
- VAT Certificate
- Fiscal number certificate
- Financial offer including VAT as a separate one
- Preliminary Product Portfolio, along with references or service acceptance reports
- The Bidder must submit these proofs for the translator: University Degree or Qualification Certificate as a Judicial Translator and a CV
- Statement under oath that the company is able to complete translation services before 30 October 2018.
6. Deadline for submission of offers
Offers should be submitted by October 5th, 2018, at 12:00. Offers can be sent via e-mail to info@kli-ks.org, or physically delivered at the office in Pristina at st. Rrustem Statovci, Entry 1, No.1.
