Pristina, 23 January 2020 – Kosovo Law Institute (KLI), in cooperation with the U.S. Embassy in Pristina, on Wednesday, organized a discussion session with the Deputy Assistant Secretary of State, Mr. Jorgan K. Andrews, from the Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs (INL).
Andrews has spoken to civil society organizations and the media about the importance of the rule of law and good governance in Kosovo.
During this session, the Deputy Assistant Secretary of State said that Kosovo will not receive permanent assistance from the United States of America (USA), adding that the rule of law depends on political will.
Andrews has also spoken about the fight against corruption, impunity of high profile and the vetting process.
