Tirana, February 29, 2020 – The Coordinator of the Free Legal Aid Center (LAC) of Kosovo Law Institute (KLI), Yll Zekaj has represented KLI in the First Western Balkans Civil Society Summit, organized by the Western Balkans Fund, held from 27 until 29 February 2020, in Tirana.
In the Summit, supported by the Japan Foreign Affairs Ministry, was discussed on the future of the region and the role of the civil society organizations and decision-makers on this process.
Other topics discussed in the Summit were challenges and success stories of regional cooperation, as well as the reconciliation process on the Western Balkans.
Participants on this Summit were representatives of civil society, representatives of the six governments of the Western Balkans, as well as representatives of international organizations.
