Students analyzed practical cases and discussed key challenges such as delays in approval and ensuring the financial independence of institutions.<\/p>\n<p>In his lecture, trainer Naim Jakaj emphasized the role of the Assembly of Kosovo in reviewing, debating, and approving the budget proposed by the Government, as part of its constitutional responsibilities. He explained the function of the Committee on Budget and Finance in the approval process and in ensuring transparency, as well as the Assembly\u2019s right to reject, amend, or approve the budget. A portion of the lecture was also delivered by trainer Melos Kolshi, who contributed with concrete examples and explanations of the practical challenges in drafting budget amendments.<\/p>\n<p>During the interactive session, students presented arguments and solutions related to the budgeting process, following legal deadlines and procedures.
