The Government has managed to approve only two (2) draft laws. Whereas, one of the draft laws planned for the month of June was approved in the month of April (Draft Law no.08\/L-145 on integrated prevention pollution and control).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Two draft laws approved in June are: <\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Draft Law on ratification of the Treaty on mutual legal assistance in criminal matters between the Republic of Kosovo and the Swiss Confederation;<\/li>\n<li>Draft law on ratification of the -financial framework partnership agreement between the Republic of Kosovo and the European Commission on specific arrangements for implementation of union financial assistance to Kosovo under the instrument for pre-accession assistance (IPA III)<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>One draft law planned for June approved two months before:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol start=\"2\">\n<li>Draft Law no.08\/L-145 on integrated prevention pollution and control<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>34 draft laws that have not been approved:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Draft Law on amending and supplementing the Law No. 04\/L-008 on Economic-Social Council;<\/li>\n<li>Draft Law on Labor Inspectorate;<\/li>\n<li>Draft Code on Customs and Excise;<\/li>\n<li>Draft Law on Public Procurement;<\/li>\n<li>Draft Law on Labor;<\/li>\n<li>Draft Law for amending and supplementing the Law No. 04 \/ L-161 on Occupational Safety and Godine<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Vlada Republike Kosovo nije uspela da usvoji 37 nacrta zakona planiranih u zakonodavnom programu za mesec jun 2022. Vlada je uspela da usvoji samo dva (2) nacrta zakona. Dok je jedan od nacrta zakona planiranih za jun mesec usvojen u Aprilu (Nacrt Zakona o Integrisanom Spre\u010davanju i Kontroli Zaga\u0111ivanj \u017divotne Sredine;)<\/p>\n<p><strong>Dva nacrta zakona usvojena u junu su:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Nacrt Zakona o Ratifikaciji Traktata o Uzajamnoj Pravnoj Pomo\u0107i u Krivi\u010dnim Stvarima Izme\u0111u Republike Kosova i \u0160vajcarske Konfederacije;<\/li>\n<li>Nacrt Zakona o Ratifikaciji \u201cFinansijski Okvirni Sporazum o Partnerstvu Izme\u0111u Republika Kosova i Evropske Komisije o Specifi\u010dnim Aran\u017emanima za Sprovo\u0111enje Finansijske Pomo\u0107i Unije Kosovu u Okviru Instrumenta za Pretpristupnu Pomo\u0107 (IPA III).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>Jedan nacrt zakona planiran za jun usvojen je dva meseca
