{"id":23459,"date":"2019-11-26T12:38:06","date_gmt":"2019-11-26T12:38:06","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/kli-ks.org\/?p=23459"},"modified":"2019-12-03T10:26:30","modified_gmt":"2019-12-03T10:26:30","slug":"klis-management-advocate-for-the-implementation-of-recommendations-to-the-head-of-the-kosovo-prosecutorial-council","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/kli-ks.org\/en\/klis-management-advocate-for-the-implementation-of-recommendations-to-the-head-of-the-kosovo-prosecutorial-council\/","title":{"rendered":"KLI\u2019s management advocate for the implementation of recommendations to the Head of Kosovo Prosecutorial Council"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Pristina, November 26 2019 \u2013 <\/strong>Management of the Kosovo Law Institute (KLI) Ehat Miftaraj and Betim Musliu, on Tuesday, have met the Head of Kosovo Prosecutorial Council (KPC) Bahri Hyseni and Deputy Head of the KPC, Arben Ismajli, to hand them over the reports of systematic monitoring and research of the justice system in the country, as well as to advocate for the implementation of KLI recommendations. \u201cWithin the cooperation with the Kosovo Prosecutorial Council, we had a useful meeting with the Head and Deputy Head of the KPC, Bahri Hyseni and Arben Ismajli, to whom we handed over the hard copies of KLI reports published during 2019. We discussed findings assessments and main recommendations of these reports of the KLI, for which we received the commitment of the Heads of the KPC, that will be seriously reviewed to be implemented by the prosecutorial system\u201d, said Ehat Miftaraj, executive director of KLI.<\/p>\n<p>Head Bahri Hyseni, after receiving reports, has assessed the cooperation with KLI, whereas has promised cooperation also in the future.
